Patients left against medical advice are defined using the value set "Left Against Medical Advice" (2.16.840.1.113883.3.117.1.7.1.308) which includes the SNOMEDCT code 445060000 Left against medical advice (finding). Patients who Leave via Elopement are not excluded.

      The measure has denominator exclusion of Left Against Medical Advice.  What about patients that leave via Elopement?
