A message titled Updated 2025 CMS871v4 (Hospital Harm – Severe Hyperglycemia) Hospital-Inpatient Electronic Clinical Quality Measure Flow was sent out on 2/18/25. Even though we are currently reporting on CY 2024 eCQMs, we need clarification on whether the update impacts the 2024 measures. If we are reporting on this measure do we need to rerun files? Or are the current files adequate? I feel we are fine because we are reporting on CMS871v3, but still asking for verification.
