We are aware of the known issue with non-numeric results in some instances disqualifying the uACR result from being readable - and are concerned that we don't exactly know exactly what might be considered non-numeric.
For CMS 951 v3 - there is currently a known issue where non-numeric results disqualify the urine result from being readable by the measure. The examples of non-numeric results are words, such as descriptions of an inadequate specimen. What is not clear, does a less than or greater than symbol also disqualify a result (does ">" or "<" disqualify a result). Example - if an abnormal result appears as ">300 mg / g albumin" - does the ">" disqualify the numeric result
