Thank you for your question regarding the STK measures CMS71 (STK-3), CMS72 (STK-5), and CMS104 (STK-2). The medication value sets for the measures are located on the Value Set Authority Center (VSAC): https://vsac.nlm.nih.gov/. CMS72 and CMS104 refer to the Antithrombotic Therapy for Ischemic Stroke (2.16.840.1.113762.1.4.1110.62) value set, which lists aspirin as an appropriate antithrombotic therapy. CMS71, however, refers to the Anticoagulant Therapy (2.16.840.1.113883.3.117.1.7.1.200) value set, which does not list aspirin as an option.
