    • Mapping procedure start time from vendor report

      We have a 3rd party vendor who creates the report when a PCI is performed for STEMI patients at our facility. This report is uploaded into our EMR (Meditech) as a PDF. We are unable to electronically pull this data from the PDF report.

      Is it acceptable to manually enter the procedure start time into our eCQM reporting vendor's software so the file they send to CMS has the correct procedure time? Our vendor who submits data to CMS for us is Press Ganey. Currently all procedure start times are pulled over as "0000" reflecting midnight.
