For CPT codes 3351F and 3352F, and HCPCS code G8510: Can these codes be mapped to LOINC and SNOMED to meet the measure criteria for negative depression screening?
For RXNorm codes: The measure specifies RXNorm code 312938 (generic sertraline 100mg tablet). If we receive RXNorm code 206149 (Zoloft brand 100mg tablet), can this brand be mapped to the generic version to satisfy the measure requirements?
