    • New/replaced SNO-Med code mapped is causing our patients to fail the measure for dietary counseling CMS-155

Prior to IMO's October 2024 update, the "Encounter for dietary counseling and surveillance" (R EDG 541410) [Z71.3] diagnosis was mapped to SNOMED#11816003 which is still included in CMS' 2024 value set for CMS-155.  IMO's October 2024 update replaced the mapping of this SNOMED code with SNOMED#424928005 which is NOT in CMS' 2024 value set for CMS-155, thus patients are now not meeting this sub-measure as the diagnosis is no longer mapped to a SNOMED code that CMS considers valid for this measure.
