Understand PY2023 eCQM Scoring for ACO

      Hello,

      We are an advanced APM, Health Alliance (GW Health Network). We submitted our quality data for PY2023 by using Web Interface and eCQM methods. Our WI score was substantially higher and we want to understand specifically how our score was lower for eCQM. 

      Secondly, we want to understand what percentile benchmark is used to calculate our eCQM score. We asked CMS for a targeted review but did not receive any details. We need to understand this information in order to make a decision for PY2024 quality submission.
