      After going through our reports and looking at this 20/40 or better visual acuity within the 90 days after cataract surgery, I noticed that we hadn't met the measure for most of the patients. When I spoke to the Registry they had me contact our EHR company to see what information was extracted. I was told by our EHR that we have to document the VA laterally and with correction. Is this they way everyone is reporting this measure?
