Per your question, all the interventions listed would be meet the requirements for a documented follow-up plan. Please make sure that the follow-up plan is documented on the date of or up to two days after the date of the qualifying encounter. Additionally, make sure that you use the correct coding which are included in the following value sets:

      -"Follow Up for Adolescent Depression" (2.16.840.1.113883.3.526.3.1569)
      -"Follow Up for Adult Depression" (2.16.840.1.113883.3.526.3.1568)

      The value sets are located on the National Library of Medicine's Value Set Authority Center (VSAC) website: https://vsac.nlm.nih.gov/. Would any or all of the following options for the providers to pick from as a follow up plan be okay under the "other interventions, follow up or diagnosis or treatment of depression?
