We have to repeat the nutrition screen after the patient is made Inpatient for the logic to recognize that a nutrition screen was indeed performed. The logic is currently not recognizing a nutrition screen performed on a patient that is in a patient class of Outpatient in a Bed.

Allow Outpatient in a Bed as a relevant time.
