We are planning to report the Medicare CQMs (3 measures) for calendar year 2024. We understand that CMS will be holding a webinar later this year on the topic. Mercy's IT group has requested information on the file format and the data elements that we will be required to submit for each measure, e.g. numerator, exceptions, exclusions MSSP ACOs will be required to submit data for the three measures using a JSON template. This template and an outline of the data requirements has not been published by CMS. We are looking for this template to assist with internal planning.
