The QRDA CAT 1 files we're receiving from one of the EMRs for our ACO customer does not include the depression screen result, only the LOINC code for the screen.  We're opening this ticket to get confirmation that the requirement is for the QRDA CAT 1 for eCQM CMS2 to include the result of the depression screening with the appropriate SNOMED code (428181000124104 - Depression Screening Positive or 428171000124102 – Depression Screening Negative).
