Hello - can you confirm if the numerator and denominator for the Hyperglycemia measures is patient with event/eligible patients OR if it is # of patient days with high BG/# number of eligible patient days (<=10 days).  I am not clear how this will be reported as a patient rate or as a patient days rate.
