      The measure specification states that the elements "gravida, parity, preterm and term live births" can be updated by the EHR software or by clinicians during the delivery encounter.  Currently we have a form in our EHR were this information is recorded on admission.  It is completed by the patient's nurse.  Are nurses considered clinicians for documentation purposes concerning these elements?
