The patients Discharge Summary with Medications has listed to continue Amlodipine 5 mg tablet (Norvasc) AND Hydrocodone-acetaminophen 7.5-325 mg tablet (Norvasc).  Are these two medications counted as two opioids prescribed at discharge or just one opioid prescribed at discharge?
