"In reviewing our new ePC-02 data, there was a problem noted with the volume of cases populating the list as being too small. An issue with the Gestational Age query was discovered as well as nursing documenting Parity and Term incorrectly and these have been corrected. Is there a way we can retrospectively correct the data or should we just submit what we have knowing there was an issue during that time frame? Are there examples of data correction concerning new eCQM measures that you could share?"
