The VSAC provides downloadable access to all official versions of value sets content contained in the eCQM specifications.       If an episiotomy is performed in a patient with a hx of severe fibroids or other high risk conditions  thus requiring invasion into other organs does this fall into severe procedures complications for the measure or only if the procedures are part of the maternal morbidity procedures?
