The intent of the measure is to identify the time flow is restored to the artery in a STEMI.  Can you describe the priority for the time - if we have each of these 4 elements.  

1. Procedure start (entry into cath lab) - not in priority
2. Wire crossing the lesion - would this first priority
3. Balloon inflation - balloon inflation - second priority
4. PTCA procedure completion time - third priority

Are there any other documentation priorities and / or order to be considered not listed here?  Is the priority order correct?
