Denominator exclusions - OP STEMI
Should there be an exclusion for patients who go for emergent CABG instead of PCI to treat their coronary disease?
Additionally, there are multiple reasons why a patient may not be a good candidate for a chat procedure. Are there exclusions when a provider feels that cath would cause more harm to the patient? For example: someone with advanced metastatic cancer/pulmonary embolisim, and other co-morbidities.
