1. How do I get a list of medications that put a patient in the denominator.
2. Help with understanding how numerator rates are calculated, including total rate.
3. Where would I go to learn some tactics on how to improve this rate? I googled and really did not come up with anything.

Thank you for your inquiry. In order to address your question, can you clarify which measure and which measure version or collection type this inquiry is referring to (e.g., eCQM (and version), CMS Web Interface, MIPS CQM, Medicare Part B Claims)?
