    • We are a multi-specialty TIN and we are introducing this measure to our specialists; trying to develop a reasonable and relevant workflow for all our specialist providers.

We would like to understand the following about this measure as it relates to "Other interventions"

      1. Our EHR has a button called "Mental Health Education" which is attached to a VSAC SNOMED code on the list for this measure.  Is this alone sufficient as an intervention for follow-up?
      2. If we provide the patient Specific AMA or Healthwise Stress Management handouts, is that sufficient?
      3. If we click on the button in our EHR described in Question #1, 'Mental Health Education' and then attach some mental health education in the chart – is that sufficient?

Would all of these workflow pass from a measure intent and audit perspective for our specialists or is one of the workflows specifically mentioned above sufficient?

      Thank you
