Can you please explain what ED End Date/ Time should be used in the following scenario? Note, the patient was seen in the ED and admitted to Inpatient services to the same facility under the same FIN.  

1/10/24 0545 ED Start Dt/ Tm

1/10/24 0734 Inpatient Admit Order Dt/ Tm

1/10/24 0734 Registration Dt/ Tm

1/10/24 1400 Diagnosis STEMI Dt/ Tm

1/10/24 1400 Patient Expired Dt/ Tm

1/11/24 0044 ED Checkout Dt/ Tm

Do we use the time the Inpatient Admit Order Dt/ Tm, Registration Dt/ Tm, Expired Dt/ Tm, or the ED Checkout Dt/ Tm- even though the patient is considered in Inpatient services? 

Please explain.
