      Thank you for your inquiry regarding CMS1074v1 (Excessive Radiation Dose or Inadequate Image Quality for Diagnostic Computed Tomography (CT) in Adults).

      As described in the Guidance section the eCQM defintion (https://ecqi.healthit.gov/ecqm/eh/2025/cms1074v1) this measure requires translation software to derive the three input values for the measure:

      CT Dose and Image Quality Category (LOINC Code 96914-7)
      Calculated CT Global Noise (LOINC Code 96912-1)
      Calculated CT Size-Adjusted Dose (LOINC Code 96913-9)

      The measure steward provides translation software free-of-charge to healthcare providers who wish to report on the measure, and is actively engaged with EHR companies and other Vendors to ensure secure integration for eCQM calculation.

      A sample QRDA file is expected to be posted for CMS1074v2, as part of the upcoming May 2024 release of the 2025 CMS QRDA I Implementation Guide. Sample files are available on the eCQI Resource Center’s QRDA page (https://ecqi.healthit.gov/qrda), included in the Schematrons and Sample Files. Please continue to check the QRDA page for updates.

      Hi Team,

      Consider the below statements from Denominator of CMS1074v1:

      AlaraCommon.Global Noise Value(Study "Diagnostic Study, Performed")
      singleton from ( Study.components C
          where C.code ~ "Calculated CT global noise"
            and C.result.unit = '[hnsf\'U]'
          return C.result.value as Decimal

      Query-

      Is there any calculation required to find "Calculated CT global noise" or does the LOINC code for "Calculated CT global noise" ("LOINC Code (96912-1)") suffice
      Request you to share a sample QRDA file.
