We had cases that were pulled into the eOP-STEMI measure even though the patient did not have any STEMI diagnosis. We noted that the 'STEMI diagnosis was pulled from the Problem List where the patient had STEMI a couple of years ago. Is there a way that the Problem List can be excluded as the source of diagnosis for eCQM?
