    • Thank you for identifying this concern. The SNOMED- CT Value Set “Communication: From Provider to Patient Not Done: Patient Refusal" will be revised to reflect the correct intent during the next scheduled annual EH measure update.

      The context of this question is the reasons why a patient would refuse Stroke Education that was offered/provided.. The SNOMED-CT Value set "Communication: From Provider to Patient Not Done: Patient Refusal" includes attributes addressing medications (drug declined, medication refused, etc) that don't make sense for this measure. Possible that in future iterations the table will be edited to include only attributes germane to the measure?
