Patient encounter coded for a STEMI that occurred 2 weeks prior to the ED encounter (ICD-10 code - I21.3 listed as POA) failed the measure despite the STEMI occurring 2 weeks prior to the ED encounter.  The STEMI was not the primary diagnosis for this patient encounter.
