Thank you for your inquiry regarding CMS1074: Excessive Radiation Dose or Inadequate Image Quality for Diagnostic Computed Tomography (CT) in Adults.

The relevantPeriod for the Encounter is the date and time from when the encounter was initiated until the encounter was completed. The intent of this logic is to make sure to not include CTScans that were performed during an inpatient encounter.

      Hi Team,

Below mentioned are the statements from Initial Population :

      Qualified Scan without Inpatient Encounter
      "Qualified Scan" QualifiedCTScan
without ["Encounter, Performed": "Encounter Inpatient"] Encounter
          such that Global."NormalizeInterval" ( QualifiedCTScan.relevantDatetime, QualifiedCTScan.relevantPeriod ) starts during Encounter.relevantPeriod

Based on the above statement, help us understand what would be the Inpatient encounter relevant period?

Request you to provide us with the resolution urgently as our client deliverables are dependent on it.
