Thank you for your inquiry regarding CMS334v5 (Cesarean Birth). "Abnormal Presentation" can only be captured through QDM data type ‘Assessment, Performed’ and/or encounter diagnoses during the Encounter. According to QDM 5.6 (https://ecqi.healthit.gov/sites/default/files/QDM-v5.6-508.pdf), QDM data categories and datatypes definition Condition/Diagnosis/Problem contains a single datatype to represent all these concepts: diagnosis, patient history and/or family history, which are not an appropriate field for capturing encounter diagnoses.

Abnormal Presentation Value Set with ICD-10 and Snomed codes has QDM Category "Assessment".
Why does this not have nothing or "Condition/Diagnosis/Problem" like most of the other ICD-10/Snomed value sets?
