Can you clarify if SOC is only by blood transfusion when does the blood transfusion need  occur It is co to fall into the measure. Is it considered anytime at the start of the encounter or after the delivery?

Can you also confirm if the codes we use for the thirty plus diagnosis are only the codes that are identified in severe maternal complications or are they all the lonc codes>
