Hello- with regards to OP-40 as seeing this is an outpatient measure, can inpatients be included.  For initial population and denominator statements it seems to look at appropriate care in the ED for STEMI patients.  What if initially a patient hits this criteria and then later is added as an inpatient.  There is a patients that meets initial population and then added as inpatient but this is an outpatient measure.  Would this inpatient still be included in this measure or will the inpatient status cause this patient to be excluded from this measure?  Thanks for your help
