Implementation of 85-Day Deactivation Policy
The ONC Jira Core and Confluence support team will soon implement an account deactivation policy for all users who have not logged into the systems within the previous 85-days or more. To avoid the risk of having your account being deactivated, please immediately log into ONC Jira Core and Confluence as soon as possible. Deactivated accounts will be retained, including historic activity. Users are able to reactivate their accounts using the correct credentials used prior to deactivation.

Need a few clarification on the specification:

For Procedure time- Is the measure accounting for when the patient arrived at the ED verse the time the procedure begins or ends? This measure requires PCI procedures to be completed within 90 minutes of ED arrival. Does the time interval have to be between patient arrival and procedure end time or arrival to procedure start time?
