    • difficulty getting data for December out of our new EMR and converting to a single QRDA file

      On December 1, we went to new EMR. We have 11 months of data, but are struggling with December data. Issues with coding, etc and so December has not even closed out coding wise. We are quickly coming up to our deadline of submission. Our data is good for the 11 months and I really do not want to submit an exception because of 1 month, could we just submit the 11 months?
