Background: Our hospital has satellite EDs (off-site, in other communities) that are not able to perform PCIs. When a patient arrives at a satellite ED with STEMI, the patient is then transferred via ambulance to the main ED which is attached to the hospital, so PCI may be performed. When such a transfer happens, the satellite ED timeline and medical info are incorporated into the same encounter as the main ED timeline/medical information. In other words, there are 2 ED arrival times listed on our ADT (Admission, Discharge, Transfer) log.

What should we use as the ED arrival time for the following example/scenario?
      From the ADT excerpt:
ED arrival: 9/14/2023 04:26, Unit: Satellite ED 1
ED transfer at 9/14/2023 05:03, Unit: Satellite ED 1
Transfer In at 9/14/2023 05:14, Unit: Main ED

And from the ED Patient Care Timeline excerpt:
      04:26 --patient arrived in ED
      05:03 --patient transferred to OTF
      05:14--patient arrived in ED

The Satellite ED is not able to perform PCI, so we are assuming that we should use the arrival time to the Main ED (e.g., 05:24) as the ED arrival time. Is the correct?
