To qualify for the encounter, the patient needs to be aged 12 years and older at the beginning of the measurement period with at least one qualifying encounter during the measurement period. The value sets for a qualifying encounter are:
      "Encounter to Screen for Depression" (2.16.840.1.113883.3.600.1916)
      "Physical Therapy Evaluation" (2.16.840.1.113883.3.526.3.1022)
      "Telephone Visits" (2.16.840.1.113883.3.464.1003.101.12.1080)
      Please use one of the codes in the value sets above to qualify for the denominator. These codes can be found at the Value Set Authority (https://vsac.nlm.nih.gov/).       issue is regarding depression screening measure CMS2v12 for reporting year 2023

      EPIC is telling us that the CMS value set (attached as attachment) states we cannot count depressions screenings completed during a global visit towards measure compliance. We are trying to validate if this is true and if it is what CMS's rational is.
