PC-02 not placing patients correctly in the denominator exclusion

    • Thank you for your question about CMS334v4 (PC-02). Value set code O32.1XX0 is meeting the denominator exclusion in our testing. Please see the attached screenshot from our Bonnie testing tool. Please provide more details if this problem persists.

    • Patients are being incorrectly evaluated for PC-02.

      O32.1XX0 is in the value set is "2.16.840.1.113762.1.4.1045.105" for Abnormal Presentation but is not correctly putting patients in the denominator exclusion. Trinity Health had over 28 XML files with this diagnosis where the patient was not put in the denominator exclusion for PC-02.
