      Thank you for your inquiry on eSTK 2 and eSTK 5. Cilostazol is an antiplatelet and a vasodilator. It’s indicated for intermittent claudication often seen with PVD because it can decrease the muscle pain and cramps that may occur with walking or exercise in this patient population. It is not a drug recommended for long-term antithrombotic therapy for ischemic stroke; therefore, not included in the value set.
