Impedes progress on testing measure for AU2024.
Hello Bonnie/MAT team,
I am experiencing an issue in Bonniev5.1.4 for CMS117: Childhood Immunization Status. One of the Numerator criteria I am testing for is for a patient to have at least three HiB vaccinations, with different dates of service, on or before the child’s second birthday. When I create a test case in Bonniev5.1.4 with three HiB vaccines on different dates within the two years of the patient's birthdate, the criteria is not met for the "Has Appropriate Number of Hib Immunizations" definition. Please see scenarios below.
Patient below is not meeting criteria although each vaccine/procedure are on different dates.
Patient DOB: 9/01/2010
-Immunization: Administered: Hib Vaccine (3 dose schedule): 6/25/2012 5:00AM
-Procedure: Performed: Hib Vaccine (3 dose schedule) Administered: 6/26/2012 7:00AM to 6/26/2012 8:15AM
-Procedure: Performed: Hib Vaccine (3 dose schedule) Administered: 6/27/2012 7:00AM to 6/27/2012 9:17AM
This same scenario will start to meet criteria when I change the last procedure timing to 6/26/2012 7:00AM to 6/27/2012 9:17AM. Once I change the start time for the procedure to be 6/26/2012, this starts to unexpectedly meet criteria for the "Has Appropriate Number of Hib Immunizations" definition although they are not all on different dates. Below is the screenshot of the scenario that is meeting criteria for "Has Appropriate Number of Hib Immunizations" definition.
I have attached the MAT package to this ticket. Please advise on this issue.
Thank you,
Nayaab
