We have a couple of questions regarding the submission of QRDA files for Hybrid measures.

1. According to the eCQI website https://ecqi.healthit.gov/hospital-quality-reporting-system-now-accepting-voluntary-hybrid-measures-2024-reporting-period we see that the Voluntary submissions of Hybrid measures is mentioned as 2024 Reporting period throughout. Since the reporting period is from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023 shouldn’t it be Voluntary submissions for 2022 reporting period?
2. Now since eCQI says that for voluntary submissions, we need to submit one QRDA Category I file, per quarter, per patient. Can you please confirm for reporting year 2023 mandatory submissions, should the data be submitted quarter wise or it will be a single file containing full year data.
