Cardiac Cath is (LHC) are not included as numerator complaint.  We have a patient who had STEMI in the ED was brought to cath lab and cath showed clean coronaries.  PCI was not done because it was not needed.  This case is failing for the measure because the measure logic is not recognizing the cardiac cath as an intervention.  Should it be mapped to cardiac cath to be numerator complaint or is there a way this type of scenario should be excluded. Thanks
