However, there is a discrepancy between the narrative guidance and CQL logic when referring to the reporting/prescribed provider. Resolution for Jira CQM-5152 CMS156 Reporting Provider Attribution Logic - Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (healthit.gov) mentions, ‘The logic captures whether the same high risk medications were ordered on different days within the measurement period but is not able to attribute the orders to specific providers.
