A couple of definitions have redundant logic. Definition ‘Measure Observation’ for ‘Population Criteria 1’ repeats definitions whose logic are already contained in the first definition and are unnecessary and inefficient. The same is true of ‘Measure Observation’ for ‘Population Criteria 2’. The rest of the Populations need the logic as written but these two definitions may be more confusing with the duplicate logic.
