      ​​Thank you for the question. Please note that the chart abstracted measure (CAM) PC02 refers to Table 1.09 which combines many of the value sets used by ePC02. When ePC02 was developed the table was broken down into smaller value sets, direct reference codes, and redundant coding was removed that is applied within the logic. As updates are applied to the CAM version (typically twice a year), the same changes will be applied to eCQM during the annual update process which occurs only once. We will continue to add new value sets or codes to existing value sets based on the updates to the CAM version. Please see the attachment for a detailed comparison of the 2 measures.

    • Impacts the measure population

      PC02 measure: is the ECQM PC02 criteria exactly the same as PC02 abstracted core measure for TJC?  Discrepancies between Appendix A Table 11.09 and the table located in ECQM website.  If you could please clarify that would be appreciated.  Thank you.
