      Hello Team,

      We are not able to find Meaningful Measure Area for the measures of year 2024 especially for CMS986 in the attached document EH-CAH-MeasuresTable-2023-05.pdf.

      For year 2023 the information was available in EH-CAH-Measures-Table-2022-05.pdf(attached).

      Kindly let us know if Meaningful Measure Area have been removed for this year (2024).

      or is there some other document we should look at for Meaningful Measure Area please let us know.
