      When determining scoring for eCQMs with multiple performance rate, what is the best way to determine which performance rate(s) contribute to the overall quality score?

      We are using the attached document to determine which performance rate vs simple average vs weighted average to compare against the benchmarks,  However there are several eCQMs with multiple performance rates that are not listed in the spreadsheet:

      So given the above information how would we score CMS130 which calls to report a total rate, and each of the following age strata: Stratum 1: Patients age 46-49 by the end of the measurement period Stratum 2: Patients age 50-75 by the end of the measurement period

      Can this information be found in the documentation or is there somewhere I should be looking?
