Thank you for your question on CMS-334v4 Cesarean Birth (PC-02). The calculated gestational age (CGA) function uses the results of last time of delivery and the last estimated delivery date. Your example provided an estimated delivery date of June 6 which is the result. You would use June 6 as the last estimated delivery date result in the function.

      Hello Team,

We have a follow up question on the response provided on the ticket https://oncprojectracking.healthit.gov/support/browse/CQM-6138

      Question:

Out of effectivetime and QDM Attribute result which date should be used for CGA calculation?

If I state an example saying that assessment performed was documented (effectivetime value) on 2nd Jan and my EDD (QDM Attribute Result value) would be 6th June. Which of these two dates should be used for calculation for CGA.

Kindly assist us on above query as client deliverables are dependent on it.

      Thank you.
