    • Regarding measure CMS68v12 Documentation of Current Medications in the Medical Record Population 1; we have a question about qualifying patients.

      We have noticed when our providers consult on a patient in the hospital the denominator for Documentation of Current Medications in the Medical Record Population 1 CMS68v11 appears to be met. As an example: procedure code - S72.001A - Fracture of unspecified part of neck of right femur, initial encounter for closed fracture; billing code - 99223 - Initial hosp visit - High MDM or 75 min ot more, Units: 1. Per our billing/coding team this is the correct code. Please advise.
