The Cypress test patient records include back-dated admissions and clinical documentation charting. EHRs have been built with controls to support timely charting for optimal patient care and prevent back-dating by design. Is it acceptable to use the test patient content and elapsed time between charting episodes with current times rather than the exact times provided with the test patients?
