      Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry regarding CMS104/STK-2, Discharged on Antithrombotic Therapy. The value set Antithrombotic Therapy 2.16.840.1.113762.1.4.1110.62 does include Aspirin 325 MG and includes capsules as well as tablets. A snapshot of the codes are here:

198466 aspirin 325 MG Oral Capsule
212033 aspirin 325 MG Oral Tablet
For the 2024 reporting year, the value set name was updated to "Antithrombotic Therapy for Ischemic Stroke" (2.16.840.1.113762.1.4.1110.62).

I would verify with your vendor or internal team that codes are mapped correctly.

    • We have patients prescribed aspirin 325 mg oral capsules instead of tablets by our physicians at discharge for our stroke patients but the medication isn't part of the value set so these patients are not passing the STK-2 measure.
