      In the 2023 Clinical Quality Measure Flow Narrative for Quality ID #117 (NQF 0055): Diabetes: Eye Exam, number 2 states that the reporting only occurs on patients between the ages of 18 and 75. Am I assuming that anybody over the age of 75 does not qualify for this measure to be reported? We see patients with diabetes well over that maximum age, so I am confused about why we would not report those cases. Thanks!
